Use Outlook CalDAV Synchronizer (Free)

This is the most reliable and safe method for Vmail + Outlook.

🔽 Steps:

  1. Download and install
    👉 Outlook CalDAV Synchronizer

  2. Open Outlook, go to the new CalDAV Synchronizer tab, and click “+” to add a new profile.

  3. Choose Generic CalDAV/CardDAV profile.

  4. Enter:

    • Username: your email

    • Password: your email password

    • CalDAV URL: https://fut003.vmail.ae/dav/youremail@domain.com/Calendar

  5. Choose the Outlook calendar folder to sync with or create a new one.

  6. Set sync interval, test connection, and save.

✅ Done — your Vmail calendar should now sync with Outlook.

📌 Optional: Sync Contacts Too (CardDAV)

Use the same plugin and repeat with:
